Standard delivery for orders over £50 to mainland UK address is free of charge
Orders Under £50 charge of £4.99 for delivery to UK Mainland.
All orders will receive a tracking number for delivery will receive your order within 3-7 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Items on pre-order please check with customer services for delivery time.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before we’ve despatched it, please email us on Innovex.equipstore@gmail.com to request cancellation. We try to dispatch things very quickly so if you need to cancel your order please do so as soon as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched can not be cancel, you need to contact us by email to request return with unpacked condition.
Damaged Items
In the interests of minimising any deductions to prospective refunds for products for which returns within the 14-day cooling-off period are requested, Innovex Equip Healthcare will need to receive notification, with photographic evidence, within two hours of taking receipt of a distance order
Any photographic evidence of products having been received in damaged condition, must be sent as an email attachment to Innovex.equipstore@gmail.com within two hours of goods being logged as signed for by the relevant courier
Products can’t be return
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery, such as facemasks and personal care consumables.
Any ‘used’ products that can void Health & Safety regulations e.g. incontinence, bathroom or toilet products. For incontinence products a refund can only be given if you haven’t opened the outer packaging/wrapping.
If this is not done, Innovex Equip Healthcare retain the right to make deductions from any refund which may be given, proportionate to loss of resale value on your product(s)
You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning any product to us. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office or by using a courier service.
